They provide their products to retail buyers, wholesale or foodservice distributors, salmon smokers, value-added processors, or importers. Additionally, they provide them to retailers, restaurants, specialty grocers, and institutions. They also offer Alaska salmon, black cod, Pacific cod, pollack, halibut, salmon roe, swordfish, and many other types of seafood. They source it from a wide network of seafood suppliers and produce it at their own plants.
