Open Data and Technology Association is a Development Agency, developing technological opportunities to create an open data culture and awareness by ensuring that experts from different disciplines show an interest in open data, creating an open data culture in all public/private areas and increasing its awareness, to mobilize crowdsourcing and establish an open data application developers community by bringing together people from all fields with an interest in open data, to make data open that will make lives easier in every field, establishing an evaluation and measurement system (“open data index”) that includes the ability to use open data for each public/private institution.
